Graphing a linear inequality in the plane: Slope-intercept form

Shows how to determine the boderline separating the side of the x-y graph that has true solutions from the side that does not. It is then shown how to decide whether that line should be dotted or solid. Finally it shows how to pick a "test point" to discover which side to shade to illustrate all of the points that make the statement true.
